Chef Burke Teams with Saladworks

Burke Created LTO Salad on the Menu at SaladworksSaladworks has partnered with celebrity chef David Burke to create a special salad for its Signature Series program, said officials from the 95-unit fast-casual chain.
Burke's Chicken Asparagusto salad will be available systemwide July 15 through Sept. 30. The salad is made with fresh chicken, grilled asparagus, cucumbers, sweet peppers and almonds on iceberg and romaine lettuce and topped with Caesar dressing.
