What we look for in a site:
- 2,000 – 2,500 square feet in freestanding, end cap or inline spaces
- 400 – 800 square feet in food courts in malls and transportation oriented developments
- Minimum 25 feet frontage
- Minimum of 25 parking spaces in non-mall locations
- Outside patio type seating a plus
- High daytime office populations (minimum 15,000 in a two mile radius)
- Average Household incomes in excess of $65,000
- Residential density of 30,000 minimum in a three (3) mile radius
- Great visibility and traffic
- Initial Lease Term of 5 years
- Minimum two (2) five (5) year renewal terms
