If a potential winner of any Prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Verification Documents, tax forms or any other requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the Prize.

Unclaimed Prize winners will not be awarded. In the event that a potential Prize winner is disqualified for any reason or is not awarded during the Promotional Period, Sponsor will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing among all eligible Entrants.
